My flight is delayed, what now?

As long as you have provided correct flight details in the notes section at the time of booking a trip, we will track your flight and allocate a driver accordingly.

I cannot find my Driver. What am I supposed to do?

My existing booking is from point A to point B but I need to add additional stop to my journey?

Can I book my journey in advance?

Yes, we accept bookings up to 12 months in advance

Will I receive driver details before commencing my journey?

Yes, you will receive all details latest by 2 hours before scheduled pickup time

Can I book my return journey or future journey directly with the driver of my current trip?

Can I get a VAT receipt for my journey?

Yes, please ensure you enter a valid email address when you book a journey. Receipts for all journeys are sent to customers email address automatically by the system
